      • Full of Flavor: Also know as Mexican Cream, Crema Mexicana Mexican Style Cream is a sour cream cheese made with pasteurized milk. Thinner than traditional sour cream, this cream can easily be poured directly from the jar.

      • Nutritional Information: This 15-ounce container of Crema Mexicana has approximately 14 servings. It is made with milk and is a gluten-free* product, so you can conscientiously serve and enjoy it.

      • Alternative Use: Crema Mexicana’s richness makes it a great topping for fruit-based desserts. Its texture makes it an excellent a thickening agent for soups, sauces, and cream-based dishes. It melts easily rather than curdling as with some creams.
