      • Full of Flavor: Our Crema Salvadorean is similar in consistency to sour cream and has a texture much like crème fraiche. Tangier in flavor than the two, Crema Salvadorean has a buttery yellow color. This scoopable cream comes in a 15-ounce jar.

      • Nutritional Information: This 15-ounce container of quality Salvadoran style cream has approximately 14 servings. It is made with milk and is a gluten-free* product, so you can conscientiously serve and enjoy it.

      • Alternative Use: Crema Salvadorean's texture makes it an excellent a thickening agent for soups, sauces, and cream-based dishes. It melts easily rather than curdling as with some creams. Try it in pasta sauce, or in recipes such as pollo a la crema.
