      Cooking Instructions: To ensure proper food safety and quality, do not use a microwave or oven. Use a frying pan, flat grill or skillet. 1. Pre-warm the pan at high temperature 425 degrees F. 2. Spread a light film of cooking oil on pan, wipe excess. 3. Without thawing, cook on hot pan for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until it is a light golden color, crispy, and reaches an internal temperature of is greater than 158 degrees F as measured by a calibrated thermometer. Gently lift edges with metal spatula when flipping over. 4. Remove and enjoy!
